PAC Drilling Oil Production
Company officers have prior drilling, completing and operating experience with more than 1,500 gas
and oil wells in Kentucky, Texas, Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and  Indiana.  All company wells are continually monitored by Operations Managers, Meter Technicians and Pipeline Technicians.  PAC Drilling also has operations managers that oversee all drilling contracts, gas pipelines, gas marketing, gas/oil shipments and production payments.
   

Phillip A. Caldwell
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

• Over 40 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Past Field Operator for M&B OPERATING. 
• 40 years experience in drilling, setting, completing, and producing   over 1,500 oil and gas wells. 
• Drilled successful oil and gas wells in numerous states including
  Kentucky, Texas, Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and
  Indiana.  
• Owned and Operated service rigs, swab rigs and other oil & gas
  related equipment.
• Designed & Supervises fracturing and setting of new wells.    
   
Justin Caldwell
Chief Operations Officer (COO)

• 12 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Management with Minor in
  Finance
• Operations Manager, Financial Advisor, Lease Agent, Meter
  Technician and Pipeline Technician.
Oversees gas pipeline, gas marketing, and drilling contracts.
• Schedules oil shipments and payments. 
• Responsible for lease acquisitions for future drill sites and
  pipeline agreements for oil and gas transportation.
• Prepares and organizes title search, property surveying, and   permitting of drill sites..
 


Phillip J. Caldwell  
Field Manager

• Over 14 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• 9 years experience as construction manager for
  WHIPSTOCK NATURAL GAS.
• Field Supervisor, Operator of Heavy Equipment, and Pipeline
  Technician.
• Manages and oversees all field operations. 
• Supervises location preparation and location reclamation for drill
  sites. 
• Schedules drilling equipment and completion equipment for new
  wells.
Manages roustabout crews, setting of tank batteries for
  wells, and installation of well-head equipment

Jeremy Caldwell
Production Manager

• 9 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry
• Bachelor Degree in Business Management.
• Field Technician, Pipeline Technician, Meter Technician
  and Field Manager.
• Manages and operates (8) fields, totaling 103 wells.
• Secures relevant documentation for projected production
  analysis, economic analysis and geological analysis on future drill   sites.
• Responsible for lease acquisitions for future drill sites and
  pipeline agreements for oil and gas transportation.
